Helping you make life-changing gains from technological breakthroughs is my passion. That’s why I put together the Technology Crossroads 2020 Summit.
But I must admit I have another reason for holding this event.
I want to get as many people as possible to invest in the breakthroughs I’ll reveal there so we can accelerate the demise of outdated technologies that are making our lives miserable.
Like today’s airports.
Missed flights due to overzealous TSA agents…cramped airplane seats that leave you stiff and sore for days…insufferable waits for your luggage at the baggage carousel…
All that will be a thing of the past thanks to two technological breakthroughs that will make airports obsolete.
These technologies involve jets with vertical takeoff and landing capabilities – what’s known in the industry as VTOL.
Commercial planes require runways so they can build up enough speed to get off the ground.
But as you may already know, our military has been operating aircraft that can take off and land vertically since the 1960s.
So why haven’t we been using them commercially?
Because these VTOL planes have limited cargo capabilities.
See, even though they could take off vertically, they still need a runway to carry heavier loads and travel greater distances.
But no more.
These new VTOL aircraft have an innovative type of engine. The state-of-the-art technology maximizes thrust without needing to build up speed on a runway.
When you combine that with ultralight carbon fiber – which is 5 times lighter than steel and 10 times stronger…
And now vertical takeoff seems almost effortless for these planes.
There’s no doubt in my mind that vertical takeoff and landing will go mainstream in 2020.
Vertical takeoff and landing is just the first of the two breakthroughs that could put airports out of business starting this year.
I’ll tell you about the other one tomorrow.
Plus, I’ll be talking much more about the tremendous opportunities these developments are creating for investors during my Technology Crossroads 2020 Summit at 1PM on Tuesday, March 31.
I can’t wait to give you all the juicy details.
